The Flood Run
The flood run is an event where a gazillion Motorcyclists in Minnesota all converge on a strip of roads from Prescott Wisconsin into Winona Minnesota. My new Club The Twin Cities Motorcycle Club
Went to this en mass. It was fun, but VERY exhausting. I learned that if you only drink Coffee and Energy drinks, you WILL get dehydrated. hear are some pics from the event:

I think you will also have to pee a lot if you drink only coffee and energy drinks. I guess it is better than drinking beer because then you will get wasted, and that is not a good thing on a motorcycle ride.

Coffee and energy drinks will also cause you to pee alot. Maybe that's why you got dehydrated.
Man, this soooooooo reminds me of my dad and his bike runs on his Harley with all his friends.
Bike meets were always fun, crowded... a good time.
He used to do Sturgis too, Daytona... a lot of States side stuff.
Bike runs locally here around Toronto too for a more domestic trip...every weekend... but he really looked forward to taking off for a week or two on big trips.
I miss him.

I liked your blog a lot. Notice that I said "a lot". It's two words. Not one word. 'alot' looks a lot like allot, the nearest single real word. Knowing that it is two words helps keep the usage of the 'lot' as a noun with an article before it. Otherwise people tend to think 'alot' is some kind of adjective or adverb telling how much something was or did. Hope this helps, I meant it when I said I liked the blog. -Eric S.
