YESTERDAY:Another 17 miles-Previously did 5 miles on blades the day before, and 10 miles on the mountain bike on sunday...........I get heart palps about 30 minutes into it, then its touch and go the rest of the way. I have to stop and rest when it happens, but I try to work through them albeit MUCH slower. These damn (medical) tests better get done soon..........Been waiting for weeks!!!
